Lara Dutta Pregnancy Tips for Women 2011


Lara Dutta is expecting her first child with tennis ace Mahesh Bhupathi, has started editing her third fitness DVD, and says it will hit stores by the end of October.

"Going in to edit the third DVD in the Heal with Lara series. Revisiting the footage after a while."

"Personally, I think this one is the best workout. Will be out in the market by end Oct! Then you decide."

As per Latest Bollywood Interviews, she said that, “Being fit is no more an option, but a necessity.”

“I work out for an hour daily, sometimes more. In addition to yoga, I also do cardio and make it a point to walk for 30 minutes every day.”

“For better results you need to keep your body guessing by challenging it before it gets comfortable with any particular routine. It is best if you gym with a variety of cardio machines one day, next day, should be swimming, third day could be simply climbing stairs in a mall while you are shopping.”

“It is better to work out safely and under guidance.”

“Yoga is an integral part of my daily exercise routine. I believe it plays a major role in moulding a lifestyle that represents a fit body, mind and spirit. A yoga DVD for expecting mothers is a great idea. Let us see how things work out in the future.”
